charming getaway with excellent service

the resort provided several pools, all quite clean. there were many activities available and a lovely beach area, accessible by a frequent bus every half hour, so convenient! i found the food delicious, with a wide variety to select from daily. dining options were available from 7 am to midnight, drinks included, a real treat. everything felt secure , so relaxing.
The toilet flush didn't have much power. It was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable.

the resort is close to shops and a short walk from an aqua park. it is very convenient! the bus to the beach runs every 30 minutes, a great perk.

Customer service was really good. Every request was handled promptly and efficiently. the staff even organised a special romantic dinner for our last night. Such a sweet surprise. wifi worked well. even on the beach, it was appreciated.

The hotel has numerous pools, with clean water. the grounds are amazing. Perfect for leisurely strolls. an aqua park is nearby for additional fun. A wonderful amenity for families.

The staff was very cute. I received an upgrade upon arrival. The team at the restaurant made my birthday special by bringing out a cake and singing happy birthday. Super tidy.
I had to travel across the road for most of the amenities. This was a big hassle.

I LOVED the hotel. The staff was very attentive. They met all my expectations. I appreciated the variety of food offered. Every meal was satisfying. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained. A true paradise.
the only small issue was that the mini-bar in my room did not get especially cold.

the location proved disappointing, requiring crossing a busy street to reach the water park. the beach also involved a long walk, difficult. waiting times for service were excessive as well, specifically at the beach.

I found the facilities very clean. The staff was cute. Ahmed Adel at reception deserves special thanks (for his excellent service). The calm and relaxing atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the short walk to the aqua park and beach.
